Business mission and vision:
“To supply the region with high quality, bespoke joinery solutions”

 “Joinery and Design”

We are going for quality over quantity, out of the box ideas and designs
As a joiner, I saw there was a void in the industry where a young guy could come through and bring different ideas to the table, be more relatable even to the likes of the ever popular renovation community and new home builders which seem to be getting younger each year.
Money was a large component in an industry where plant and equipment are relied on having and being maintained, advertising and getting my name out there at the start. Finding a building to lease and having people believe in me to provide them with quality joinery with no background as a business.
Staffing challenge, there aren’t many joiners in Dunedin and I was in need of some labour. I put an ad out and had a guy leave where he was because of the great working environment we have here. We have very happy staff, constant laughter and brilliant work produced.
By persevering with clients when others may have bailed on them instead of putting in the effort and extra time I believe we have secured jobs.
The business itself is the only success we have aimed at achieving
The growth and great reputation we have.
Subtrades, electricians, plumbers and metalworkers
We have had many, it really matters in a small town like Dunedin where word of mouth whether good or bad is going around. We are very proud to have very happy returning customers and referrals to others.
A great deal of pride when we have a completed job go in, to stand back and think this has my name on it, I am extremely proud of the high standard our staff work to and the results we get on site.
We have done a few donations to different charities for children but are now focusing on putting a lump sum aside on each and every job to go towards planting new trees. We figure we are manufacturing from trees and using them up so why not focus on creating more and having it be a positive effect on our planet.
We sponsored a childrens soccer team that wore our supplied uniforms and helped them get to Christchurch for a competition.
We are humble in what we do but very proud of our achievements as a business.
