I love designing houses and to fulfill my ambition and help others to fulfill their dreams I thought “If helping others will fulfill my ambition, why not to start a business”. Our business is unique business, which interacts with lots of people who dream about their house & I am that companionate & have that skills to complete it.
Bigger challenge is to prove myself with their requirements and financial restrictions and council rules. with all this I have to prove, I am correct designer to complete their dream.
We had a project where I explained client to get main area of house like living, kitchen & dining at upper floor & bedrooms at lower floor, as land was facing sea. then I explained them that we spend most of our time in living, kitchen & dining, & land bought by client to have a nice view when they will come home after hard work in office. They realize it & agreed with my concept. Now it’s one of our excellent design.
We think that any problems arise during the process we take positive approach always. also, we don’t blame anybody but try to find the solution & till today we are successful in this process.
We have started this business with myself & my wife, now we have eight staff working for us. we have number of clients who are very much happy with our services & work.
I always get rewarded when client call me back & says Vivek you have done great job. “We are very happy with our house.” its like your own baby standing out in crowd & everybody appreciate it.

We try to arrange tanning session in office from different building material suppliers, sometimes we go out for bigger seminars arranged by building industries authorities. We have offered our software training as well to beginners in our company.
Most of our customers are very happy with our service & designing. Problem solving actions taken by us. when same developers are coming to us repeatedly from 2007 this is the positive for us.
Decision making, Raising proud 10 families of my own staff & mine. Helping & educating home owners about new products and save their money while construction.
We are regular doners for Cure Kids, WestPac Rescue helicopters, Down syndrome community, SPCA, Cancer Society. and some other community donations.
We do donations, we were volunteers for FIFA women’s world cup. Spend more than 100hrs to get involve for country.
To upgrade our skills & make some awareness & importance of passive home, as a designer I have done separate training with NEW ZEALAND GREEN START BUILDING COUNCIL & successfully achieved certificate as HOMESTAR DESIGNER. & have designed first 6 Star rating house.
