We are a locally owned carpet and flood restoration business servicing not only the Kapiti Region but also, Levin, Wellington and The Hutt areas. We are specialist in carpet cleaning, stain work, carpet repairs and re stretching and upholstery cleaning. Also being a 24/7 Flood Restoration Business we help people recover from the unexpected leak or flood and work with your insurance company to get your home back to normal. We are applicators for Microseal Protect NZ – a fabric, carpet and leather protect.

Our technicians have 20 + years of experience each and have a vast knowledge when it comes to our industry. Its the technician behind the clean that exceeds our clients expectations and we are very proud of this. Attention to detail and care is one of our top priorities. We are known for our high skilled workmanship for carpet repairs and re stretching. We are consistently approached for advise from the public on different matters concerning their carpet concerns, which we help with gladly. We are a business that is here to stay, we are professional and community minded and have a passion for what we do.

We felt that we could offer a higher standard of workmanship to our community and had already the experience behind us to do so. As we all live on the Kapiti Coast we wanted to work in this beautiful region and base our business here. Being a family run business our community is important to us, so being able to be part of the areas economic growth is a real privilege.
We were fortunate as we had excellent business guidance from the right people when we first started in business. Learning the day to day administrative tasks, tax requirement, health & safety etc expanded our knowledge and broadened our minds in running a business. Believing that to start a business on the very best footing is being realistic, positive and asking for help was crucial for our success.
When we first started out in business in 2009 our business carried out all work for AMI Insurance from Wellington, Upper and Lower Hutt, Kapiti to Levin. It was 85% of our business. We knew everybody in each AMI Office and loved working for this great company. When IAG brought out AMI after the Christchurch earthquake we lost 85% of our business overnight! We fought for what we lost but in the end they wanted a company that was a franchise and worked right across the New Zealand. Now going back to when we first brought the business our feeling was that ‘Don’t put all your chickens in one basket’ i.e with AMI, so with that in mind we had already started advertising to the public and got a website up and running through WebGenius.
We had just started working for retirement villages and property managers when IAG took over AMI and we lost that huge amount of work. We decided that this was not going to beat us! Our business had something to give back to our community and we absolutely loved what we did. So we fought hard, worked hard and came up with other ways to overcome this massive problem. We are so proud that we did. Using the knowledge in our small team we advertised, canvased and used everything we could think of to create leads and work.
We are now a long standing and trusted local business and have a loyal customer base. The best business success is knowing you are making your clients happy and that they will use your services again.

Just out of lock down we partnered with WebGenius in the initiative “Pay it Forward”. We ran a competition where 2 lucky winners were drawn each week for 8 weeks – winning a free carpet clean and stain work for dining, lounge and hall. The community could nominate others who have been adversely effected by Covid Lock Down either financially, emotionally or physically.

We gave back to the community just over $4000.
