About the Business:
Dentocast is a dental laboratory that manufactures, fits, and repairs dental prosthetics.
We work closely with dentists throughout New Zealand, providing quality dental appliances and prosthetic solutions for their clients. We also provide a direct service to the public through our qualified dental technician, allowing us to work with people personally to create and care for their dentures.
At the heart of what we do is helping people feel comfortable and confident with their smile, while providing dentists with a reliable, professional laboratory service they can trust.
Our work is technical, but the people we make it for are at the centre of everything we do. Whether we are working behind the scenes for a dentist, or directly with a client, our aim is the same; to provide quality workmanship, personal service, and a result that makes a genuine difference to someone’s everyday life.
Business mission and vision:
Mission:
Our mission is to provide high-quality dental prosthetics with the skill, care and personal service that people deserve.
We want Dentocast to be a place where clients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing their concerns and receiving professional advice without feeling judged or intimidated. At the same time, we want to be a dependable and trusted partner for dentists throughout New Zealand.
Vision:
Our vision is to continue building a modern, approachable dental laboratory that combines technical excellence with genuine human care. We believe quality denture care should be accessible and fairly priced, while providing real value for the people who rely on us.
Ultimately, we want Dentocast to be known not only for the quality of the prosthetics we make, but for the way we make people feel when they deal with us: welcomed, respected, listened to and confident that they are in good hands.
