Business mission and vision:
To provide reliable and honest professional advice on building matters.
“Architectural design and contract administration”
Individual attention to clients needs and charging affordable fees
Master Builders award for repairing and restoring a house after the Canterbury Earthquake
After two successful partnerships in Wellington. Changing circumstances of business partners.
Keeping staff employed through changes in the Economy, and dealing with Cashflow and ‘slow payers’.
I was commissioned to design a multi residential project by a written agreement, I employed contract staff and worked on the project for several months until the Developer ran out on money. We were caught with him owing us $35,000, which he could not pay, so we had to write it off, but we still had an obligation to pay our staff.
Problems like this are a common occurrence especially during Boom periods in the construction industry. Just by being prepared for the worst but loyal to staff and keeping an eye on the ball.
I am still viable and afloat!
To get total approval from clients when the job is well done.
