Business mission and vision:
To be the number one residential electrical company in Wellington. To give clients a great experience rather than just getting the job done.

“Provide a high level of service & solutions for residential electrical needs.”

Being honest with clients and what would work best for them but also to work within their budget.
Honestly, it was just something I always thought would happen. I like the idea that i can make changes to give the clients a better overall service.
Learning how to use a computer efficiently (still pretty slow). Mainly all in the admin side as its not what i was trained to do.
Finding Jordan – After months of looking for a qualified electrician and months of pestering Jordan, he finally agreed to join the fellow team. He has been an amazing person to help out with the work load.
Every body loves him so that helps too.
The first couple of years were hard to find work and get my head around how to actually run a business. There was a lot of trial and error.

That put pressure on our family, however my wife has always been so supportive that whenever i become overwhelmed with work, she pulls me through and reminds me of all the good things that we are doing business wise.

Being able to build great relationships with builders, designers, suppliers and contractors.
Becoming a preferred installed for The Heating Company
Having lot’s of happy clients that refer me to friends.
It depends on what interests the staff.

Solar training course. (just last week) Heat pump installation course.
Working on 2 per year at this stage.

Around 50 5 star reviews on google. So satisfying
100% the feedback from clients.
Making staff happy with small things, vouchers, free hair cuts etc
Creating a great network
Hopefully soon, a little more flexibility so i can take my kids to school rather than rushing to work.
Have sponsored various schools for their year books.
Donations to charities rather than gifts for my network of builders, contractors and designers.
This year the special Children’s Christmas party.
Hopefully we can more once we expand our team.
This was bloody hard to talk about myself! Thankyou for the opportunity
