During the quoting process they are not dealing with a sales person, they are dealing with an experienced installer. This level of service goes through to after sales. All of our installations have a life time guarantee on our workmanship.

Because we were never going to be able to afford to buy our own home on wages, with 3 children, and provide for their future.
Learning basic computer skills, marketing and business management – we had no knowledge of this. Client management and how to generate new clients. Even basically understanding book keeping and GST!
The first business we set up failed dramatically. It was around water filtration. We started the company and never sold anything – lost all of our investments. Dusted ourselves and started again. We learnt a lot from this!!! Test a product before you invest in it!!
Supporting each other during the highs and lows. We are partners outside of business; there have been weeks where we have not paid ourselves, adapting to different climates and dealing with the loss of income through COVID. All our staff agreed to 80% of income during the lock down, and we went without to keep them employed. (we dropped down to under 50%)
Five years ago we became a Mitsubishi Green Diamond Customer (based on sales and continuous growth), last year we made their top tear as a Black Diamond Customer, which earnt us a international trip to America. Only certain business are selected for this – business owners that show potential for growth and represent their brand well.
Customer satisfaction – we take pride in looking after our clients from quote, to installation to after sales.

Heat Plus – they are a local Christchurch business that started in the 1980’s – the Director (Chris Nichols) of this business is trained Daniel and Sam (our Installation Manager), all of our overflow work goes through them. So we see it as giving back to the person that believed in me from my early days in the industry. Daniel did his apprenticeship through Chris Nichols.
Our staff go on all the Mitsubishi training courses, and Health and Safety as required. Our top technician is moving into sales – we are proving support and training to him.

Flexibility to be there for our children and support events they are part of. Basically supporting their growth and well being; and actually being able to be there for them.
We support both of our boys rugby teams through sponsorship.
We look after the Elderly; if they are having an issue like a wrong setting, etc, we will not charge for the call out. Also when quoting this demographic, we insist that they consult with family members before we will move forward.
Our focus is severing the community with quality heating solutions, instead of just selling them cheap substitutes. We take such pride in quality customer service, and always make ourselves available to our existing and potential client base.,
